Online Support
As a Beta Systems customer you may choose to contact our Software Support online through the Web. Our online support enables you to report any kind of product-related problems or ask questions. A Web dialog with a form included is available to guide you through the process.
First, you need to register to use our Online Support (login-ID and password). Please click on "
Registration
" to enrol yourself as a Beta Systems customer if you haven’t done so already. You will need
your customer number for the enrolment process. After completing the form, you will receive
confirmation of your registration and your login-ID and password by e-mail within one business day.
Please note that your registration is both personal and company-based.
How to use our Online Support
Please note at first: If your problem is a serious one, which has stopped your production
or seriously impacts it, so that it is no longer secured, please telephone Beta Systems' Support.

Now how to use the Online Support
Select the “View calls/Submit a call” item on the right. Once you have logged on using your
login-ID and password, all existing calls from your company, that are not closed for longer than 4
weeks will be displayed. Click on a call to view details on it below.
To submit a new call, please use the "New call“ button. After this, an intuitive menu system
will lead you through the recording process. Please fill out all fields displaying an asterisk
(mandatory fields!). Check whether your personal and customer information are displayed correctly
so that we can contact you promptly for further call related activities. If any of the data is not
correct you can change e.g. the telephone number, fax number and e-mail address using the "Change
data" button. It is very important for fast call processing that this information be correct.
You can also speed up call processing filling in the field on “Detailed problem description”
and the specific fields on the system environment as precisely as possible, and by providing a
brief summary of the most important information in the “Short problem description” field. Find

If there are already traces and dumps available you can also attach up to 3 files to the
call, as long as they are not bigger than 20 MB in total.
After you have finished the data entry process, please click on the "Submit" button to send
your entry to the Support Team. The system will give you a problem number, which will be used to
identify your call. The Support Team will also get in touch with you if they need any further
information on your problem or if they have a solution.
If you like to send a message on an existing call to Beta System's Support, select the
relevant call from the selection list using its problem number and use the "Add message “ button.
After filling out the "Description“ field you can then send the message to the Support Team using
the "Submit“ button.
