Investment Toward Improving Corporate Security
A bank’s greatest treasure is information. And in Switzerland this truth is held in particularly high regard. For this reason, compliance is a top priority for Zurichbased DZ PRIVATBANK (Schweiz) AG; to pursue this topic, the IT department started to look closely into identity management (IDM) some time ago – with the result of implementing a company-wide SAM Jupiter solution from Beta Systems in mid-2008.
This system allows for the central management of access rights and ensures that only those rights absolutely necessary for performing a specific task are assigned, leading to more reliable control and helping the bank to meet all requirements placed on user management.
