High-performance Kleindienst Scanner Technology

With its Kleindienst Scanners/Sorters, Beta Systems offers hardware components for the processing of large voucher quantities and for the support of complex applications.
H-Series scanners and sorters process different paper formats (checks, credit card receipts, A5, A4, A3, US letter etc.) and qualities in mixed stacks. Documents are automatically sorted according to various criteria into up to 12 output trays. So the time-consuming prior sorting of the letterbox is no longer necessary. The flexible Kleindienst scanners/sorters are available with a range of different functions, several speed levels and add-on options, all according to customer needs. The result is quicker information, at better quality, in the right place.

ProSort Scanner Control Software

ProSort control software provides maximum functionality for throughput, and was developed specifically for Kleindienst scanners/sorters. ProSort coordinates the scanner/sorter’s work. Its most important functions are:

  • unified control of all scanner modules, e.g. cameras, coding, endorsement, recognition, in one single programme

  • sorting of documents according to various criteria such as barcode, MICR, format or OCR during scan procedure in real time 

  • logical checks: check digit calculations, checks for completeness or stack consistency, during scan

  • output of images and extracted data in various formats, as well as statistical evaluations of scan processes
