Archive Module
Services for archiving and searching diverse stored objects can be integrated into your business processes. From retrieving information on performed transactions from lists and logs for customers to directly entering contract copies into the mainframe archive – the Archive module offers the whole range of services for accessing repositories from Beta Systems.

Print Module
Has the order confirmation already been delivered via the print center? When was the invoice issued to the customer? Has financial accounting received the cost center report in question? Many questions about business processes are related to distribution tasks of the data center.
The Print Web service module enables you to send information queries or dispatch orders directly to the Beta 93 system without the need for manual submission.

Event Module
Has the data center already generated all invoices for Ultimo? The storage period for archive documents is about to end – may/should they be deleted? The legacy application reported that the lower threshold for a specific inventory item has been reached. The Event module visualizes important events and states of the data center for the specialist department, allowing the staff to act on it.
