Beta Agilizer 4 Document Processing

Flexible document availability

agilizer4document_logoBeta Agilizer 4 Document Processing provides document-related solutions that associate business processes with documents. This means that electronically archived documents can be sought and found quickly and easily, no matter what kind of archive system they reside in.

This Agilizer can integrate any number of archive solutions and, via Web services and other user and business-oriented interfaces (clients, APIs etc), make documents available for processing.

Beta Agilizer 4 Document Processing builds on Beta Systems' years of experience in Input Management and can integrate  the ECM products (FrontCollect, FrontOffice, ProSort etc.) to provide a complete solution for complex ECM projects.

Beta Agilizer 4 Document Processing

  • BPEL compatibility:
In future, it will be possible to integrate document-related workflows directly in a Business Process Execution Language (BPEL). This makes it even easier to use workflows directly in business processes and integrate them using an SOA platform such as IBM's WebSphere or Oracle Fusion.
  • Agilizer combinations:
The Agilizer architecture and the 4Agility Suite allow you to incorporate other Beta Systems products from the Compliance and Security sectors, for example, into document processing.
  • The front end no longer dependent on manufacturers:
Agilizer for document processing enables the integration of document-related processes into any kind of workplace environment: Browser-based (J2EE technologies) document presentation (via Beta Web Enabler), or MS Office integration (via Sharepoint)
  • Performance and capability:
Agilizer 4 Document Processing and the existing products are designed for mass data processing. This is a major quality criterion for our solutions.
