AD-HOC RELEASE PURSUANT TO SECTION 15 OF THE GERMAN SECURITIES TRADING ACT (WpHG)
Berlin, September 12, 2008 – During its meeting held today, the Supervisory Board
of Beta Systems Software AG (BSS, ISIN DE0005224406) has resolved the extension of the contract
with CFO Gernot Sagl (39).
The contract with Mr Sagl will be extended for a further three years, to December 31, 2011.
