Solutions for managing data centers and distributed systems, all from one source
- Europe-wide sales and distribution of ASDIS products
Berlin, June 12th, 2007 – Beta Systems Software AG (Prime Standard: BSS), a leading provider of high-quality software products and solutions for secure and efficient information management in data centers, is starting a business partnership with ASDIS Software AG (ASDIS), the established provider of solutions for software configuration management in distributed systems. The Berlin-based software providers are to expand their existing technical cooperation as planned, to include joint sales and distribution. With immediate effect, Beta Systems will distribute ASDIS products across the European market, thereby expanding its range of software products to include solutions for highly efficient management of decentralized systems.
"This will give our customers solutions for managing their data centers and their decentralised systems, all from one source," commented Harald Podzuweit, general manager for the Beta Systems' Data Center Infrastructure and Identity Management divisions, referring to the new partnership. "The fully automated software maintenance provided by the ASDIS products will enable our customers to automatically update the agents for our SAM Jupiter IdM solution and to configure these from a centralized point, even in complex IT environments."
