Press Release
- Beta Systems will present new financial services solutions from its Enterprise Content
Management division from 15 to 21 March 2007
- Exhibit to be complemented with presentations on credit processing and on the management of IT users and their access permissions
Berlin, Germany. 22 February 2007 – Growing demands for competitiveness, cost pressures, and increasing globalisation in the banking and finance sector call for innovative solutions that enable financial institutions to derive maximum value from their business processes. Beta Systems Software AG will be exhibiting at CeBIT 2007 within the special BANKING & FINANCE sector in Hall 17, on Stand A01.18, and showing its new solutions for efficient Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and document management for financial institutions. The company’s focus will be on the wide range of ways its ECM product portfolio can be used in the back office of general and savings banks.
Visitors will be able to learn how FrontCollect processes incoming documents, especially in the back office area, as well as general incoming mail, including emails. The solution covers processes from digitisation and host data processing through to archiving. The FrontOffice and Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (based on the EBS 20 archive) products enable efficient and cost-effective credit processing. Beta Systems will also be demonstrating the capture and verification of signatures, as well as integrated access to archive and host application data using the Beta Web Enabler. Visitors will also be able to see an outgoing mail solution based on Beta 93 UX. This range of solutions shows how the back office area, particularly in financial institutions with extremely large volumes of data and mass data management, can benefit fully from optimisation – now and in the future. Beta Systems is also extending its payment transaction software with functions that will enable banks and enterprises to better utilise SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area), the upcoming single market for payments within the eurozone.
The following partners will be presenting Beta Systems solutions at CeBIT 2007:
- SIS SEAC ICR Systems GmbH, Hall 17, Stand D52: Mail scanner Kleindienst SC 80HC-M, as well as
the highlight of the show - the brand new scanner/sorter Kleindienst SC 100HC.
- FIS GmbH, Hall 4, Stand D12: Complete solution for reading payment vouchers followed by further processing in mySAP.
