AD HOC ANNOUNCEMENT PURS. TO SEC. 15 WpHG
Berlin , 27 July 2006 – The Management Board and Supervisory Board of Beta Systems Software AG (BSS, ISIN DE 0005224406) announce that Mr Dietmar Breyer, member of the management board of Beta Systems, will leave the company on 31 August 2006 at his own request in order to pursue new professional challenges.
We would like to thank Mr Breyer for his commitment to Beta Systems and wish him the best of luck for his future career as well as his private life.
