Delta Beteiligungen AG attains 30% of the share capital and voting rights of Beta Systems Software AG
Berlin, March 27, 2006 – Delta Beteiligungen AG has notified the management board today, that the public takeover offer to the shareholders of Beta Systems Software AG (BSS, ISIN DE0005224406) has been accepted for a total of 1.063.794 shares within the acceptance period from 22 February 2006 until 22 March 2006. By its own account, Delta Beteiligungen AG will therefore have a total of 2.722.290 shares including the shares attributed to it. This corresponds to approximately 30,73% of the share capital and the voting rights of Beta Systems Software AG. Last week, Delta Beteiligungen AG has already notified the company, that 18,720435% of the voting rights of Beta Systems Software AG, which corresponds to the last notified number of voting rights of the parent company of Delta Beteiligungen AG, Deutsche Balaton AG, are attributed to it pursuant to Sec. 22 para. 2 WpHG.
